FAQ -- Online Pharmacy

Q: Where do I get an online consultation?
A: Right here. An online medical consultation is provided with every order. This is a revolutionary new healthcare technique that is perfectly legal and allows patients to get their prescription medications without having to deal with the time, effort and expense of getting a prescription from your regular doctor. In the old system, you first had to schedule an appointment with their doctor. Then, you had to go to the doctor’s office, waste time in the waiting room and finally, go through the hassle of a physical examination before the doctor would write you a prescription for the medication you both already knew would be helpful in treating your condition.

With an online consultation, all you have to do is complete our order form and a short medical questionnaire. These forms are sent through our secure online network to a licensed physician. The physician reviews the forms and decides whether or not the order can be approved. This is the online consultation. Once the order is approved, it is sent to our pharmacy to be filled.

We are committed to meeting or exceeding all federal and state regulations concerning medical care and prescription medication. Your online consultation will be only through physicians who are fully licensed and board-certified. All pharmacists filling prescriptions are also fully qualified and licensed. The medications you receive meet all FDA regulations. They are made by some of the top pharmaceutical manufacturers in the business. We buy most of our medications through legitimate wholesalers, but some are purchased directly from the manufacturer. This means you always receive the same quality medications as are available in neighborhood drugstores around the country.

Q: I’ve submitted my order. Now what?
A: Now, just sit back and relax. We will do the rest. Your order is being dispatched to a licensed physician for review. Once the review is complete, the order will be either approved or declined. A prescription will be written and attached to approved orders before being sent to our pharmacy and shipping center to be filled. The pharmacist prepares your order and it is shipped directly to your door.

Q: Is my information kept private?
A: All of your information is kept private and confidential. We never share your health information or personal information with third parties. In addition, all of our servers and networks are encrypted with the highest level of encryption software available, 128-bit. This ensures that your information is protected against hackers or outside threats. We test our system periodically to make sure it is running as it should and keeping your data safe.

Q: What drugs do you sell?
A: We sell only legitimate pharmaceutical medications. Our full list of medications can be reviewed in the “products” section of our website. We are unable to fill orders for any medications scheduled as a controlled substance. Controlled substances require an in-person physical examination to be completed before a prescription can be written.

Q: Are your physicians licensed?
A: Not only are our physicians licensed, but they are licensed and board-certified to work in the United States of America. In addition, our pharmacy is U.S. licensed, and all pharmacists meet licensing and quality standards.

Q: How do you ship?
A: All orders are shipped via FedEx next-day service. Because all orders require a signature to be delivered, an adult must be able to accept the order. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Q: Do you deliver to every state?
A: Unfortunately, not all states have approved the revolutionary online medical consultation process. The states we can ship to are listed on the ordering page.

Q: Can orders be cancelled or returned?
A: Orders can be cancelled if they have yet to be approved. Shipped or approved orders cannot be cancelled. Due to FDA regulations we cannot accept returns on pharmaceutical medications. Our full return policy is in the terms of service.
